Cancellation & Refund Policy

When you use this site for any sort of information, it does not, by design, establish an advisor-client or consultant-client association between Wave Visas. and you, the guest/reader/user. Such an association may only occur in situations where an advisory or consulting fee is paid to Wave Visas. However, if a visit to this site leads to an advisor-client or consultant-client relationship, the client agrees to the following refund policy as part of the terms:


An advisor-client or consultant-client relationship will be subject to a formal Contract of Engagement (SLA (Service Legal Agreement)) agreed upon and signed by both parties, namely, Wave Visas. and the client. The terms and conditions, including the refund policy, outlined in this SLA (Service Legal Agreement), are entirely separate and independent of the terms of site usage. Since the SLA (Service Legal Agreement) terms may vary from one client to another, it is the responsibility of the guest/reader/user to request a draft copy of the SLA (Service Legal Agreement) from Wave Visas , review it thoroughly—including the refund policy—and agree to its terms before making any payment.


The client must provide accurate and complete information, along with necessary documents (in English or translated forms as agreed), as required by Wave Visas and relevant visa offices. If the information provided is found to be false, incomplete, or incorrect, and this results in adverse consequences or rejection of the application, Wave Visas will not be held responsible, and no refund of the consulting fee or government-related fees will be issued. The services of Wave Visas are limited to advising the client on the submission and processing of their immigration application as specified in the SLA (Service Legal Agreement). Wave Visas will assist only in the phases explicitly outlined in the SLA (Service Legal Agreement) for which payment has been made.


Wave Visas has no control over changes to selection criteria, pass marks, or the introduction of new regulations by immigration authorities after the SLA (Service Legal Agreement) has been signed. Similarly, changes to government and assessment agency fees are beyond our control, and clients are responsible for paying such fees as applicable. Wave Visas does not guarantee approval of any application at any stage. The client acknowledges that outcomes are solely at the discretion of the relevant authorities. No refund of fees paid to Wave Visas will be issued in cases of rejection or adverse decisions.


The client must disclose any relevant personal details, such as prior convictions, bankruptcy cases, or other legal matters, that may impact their application. Failure to disclose such details will nullify any claims for refunds. Clients must provide all required documents, forms, and information within the timelines specified by Wave Visas . Failure to do so may result in delays or inability to process the application, and no refund of advisory fees will be issued. Clients must inform Wave Visas of any communications received from visa offices or initiated by the client with the authorities. Failure to do so may lead to forfeiture of advisory fees.


Clients must attend interviews as required by the visa office at their own cost. Failure to attend or comply with interview requirements will result in no refunds of advisory fees. Clients must demonstrate possession of the required settlement funds as mandated by immigration policies. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of advisory fees. Clients and their spouses (if applicable) must meet the minimum language proficiency scores as agreed upon in the SLA (Service Legal Agreement). Failure to achieve the required scores will not warrant a refund of advisory fees.


The fees paid Wave Visas do not include government fees, language test fees, or any other third-party costs. These are strictly non-refundable and beyond the control of Wave Visas . Clients must inform Wave Visas of any changes to their personal circumstances, such as address, marital status, employment, or educational qualifications, during the processing period. Failure to notify Wave Visas may result in forfeiture of advisory fees. If the client opts for services from authorized global representatives, additional fees may apply. These arrangements will be covered under a separate SLA (Service Legal Agreement). By proceeding with services from Wave Visas , the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions as outlined above and in the SLA (Service Legal Agreement). These terms are subject to updates, and clients are encouraged to review them periodically.
